Feedback on monthly newsletter

I have been with ProStores since September, and I have NEVER received a newsletter.

I have verified that your ID was indeed in the December mailing, and is present on the next mailing which is about to hit the wire. I will try and get a list of bounce backs , but at this time it appears we are attempting delivery to your ',info' email address.

I have signed up a couple of times now, and still have not received the newsletter. Even checked my email filters. Please advise, thanks!

I am afraid that you haven't provided enough information for me to see why you are not receiving your newsletters. You will need to PM me with your email address for me to research further.

Your newsletter was delivered to a hotmail account. I don't know if it bounced, but that is the address we have on file for you. If you would like the specific address, please let me know and I will send it in a PM to you.

The last newsletter was sent March 13th. An April newsletter is getting ready to be delivered, but has not yet been mailed.

I've seen lots of posts over the past few months about the ProStores newsletter. I don't recall ever receiving one. Please check to ensure my store is included in the distribution for this. Thanks.
