Amazon Product Ads Tracking in Google Analytics

We're having trouble tracking Amazon Product Ads generated traffic in Google Analytics. The number of visitors is being recorded by GA, but it never captures any e-commerce data.

Anyone else having a similar problem or know any likely culprits? We have no problem tracking most other comparison-generated sales.

However, I have a question, if you don't mind.

I am trying to set up Amazon Product Ads and I'm having trouble.
Can I use my Google Base data feed file? If so, where is it? Do I have to do any manipulating of the data before uploading it to Amazon?

My client uses Merchant Advantage for feeds. They take care of the Amazon Product Ads submission.
