Yes it is very poor customer service. I have sent 2 emails now (and I'm about to send a 3rd) asking them to close my account. No one has answered and now they just charged me another $111 for there poor service that I don't want.
It's pretty good that they can't answer and email to close an account but they can charge me right away. |

Yes SIC is very exspensive they have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT and they have VERY FEW features... What a great combination.
I was going to post a pic of that part of the bill so you could see but I can't seem to figure out how to upload a pic from my computer. But this is how the bill I got last night looked Subscribers Cost 250 included $6.95 4898 additional x $0.02 = $97.96 Tax $6.30 Total: $111.21 Last edited by oakley6916; 11-18-2009 at 06:10 PM. |

Okay so now Sales In A Click finally emailed me back after I have spent the last week trying to get ahold of them and they said we never got any emails from you. Then they basically said it's just to bad and they are not going to refund the $111 they charged me.
Sales In A Click is a horrible service with horrible customer service and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again. If you are using SIC I would recommend that you cancel your account and you move to AWeber. They are much more reliable and they have way more features. SIC is a garbage service. |

We do have a number of merchants successfully using the service who find the automation and syndicated content to be working very well for them in terms of driving repeat business without a lot of additional time and effort.
