We had been using tollfreelive.com for our 800 number for the past year. I checked out the link and we are moving to ring central.

The big difference? No ring latency. When the caller calls, the pass thru is seamless and the get a ring tone immediatly.

wpmccabe. I am sure you will love them. I am really amazed by their service and just how well the system works.

When we are not in the office, we have it ring a cell phone and if that one does not answer it goes to another cell phone. This all takes place in no time at all. Plus we have it set to notify us of all calls with text messages and emails.

The text messages are great cuz the callers number shows up as a hyperlink. Just click on it and you are calling your customer back.

Very good service from this company. Best yet, I can call them and get someone on the phone and they help.

If ProStores worked like RingCentral, ProStores would be a great company.
